For "CYL" 0, "AXIS" is not needed. For "Single Vision","Add" is not needed.

Nearsight:Most common prescription lenses,used for near vision.
Farsight/Reading:Used for reading.
Progressive:Lenses with three fields of vision:distance,intermediate,and near.
Non-Prescription:Lenses with no vision correction.
Lens Type Reference:
Clear:Regular Lenses,perfect for everyday use.
Blue Light Blocking:Blocks more blue light from digital screens and the sun.
Photochromic:Anti-reflective,clear lenses that darken(gray) in the sunlight.
Lens Index Reference:
1.56 Basic Index:0 to -3.0D
1.61 High Index: 0 to -6.0D
1.67 High Index:-3.0D to -8.0D
1.74 High Index: Above -8.0D
OD = Oculus Dexter, which refers to the right eye.
OS = Oculus Sinister, refers to left eye.
SPH:Spherical error, or overall power of lens is the basic part of your prescription. A (+) means you have trouble seeing near, and a (-) means you have trouble seeing things faraway.
CYL (Cylinder) & Axis:A cylinder value indicates astigmatisms or perpetually blurry vision. Axis—measured between 1 and 180°— tell us the orientation of the astigmatism.
ADD (Addition):This number indicates the additional magnification that is added to the distance prescription to get the reading portion of the lens in a multi-focal prescription.
PD (PUPILLARY DISTANCE) is the distance between your two pupils in millimeters. PD should be included on your prescription.
